Inside it sits the mat, and the mat opening is what you actually see. So the visible picture is always a good deal smaller than the frame name suggests. Second, if you are putting an existing photograph in yourself, buy one size up from the print you have.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you are not sure, 5 × 7 in is the size most people choose — large enough to read across a room, small enough to sit on a shelf.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eOutside frame dimensions are being measured for each size and will be added here. We would rather leave the line blank than publish an estimate.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eSending your photograph\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSend us the original file rather than a screenshot or a social-media download — those have already been compressed and will print soft. Portrait and landscape are both fine. Each frame is prepared in 2–6 business days, then dispatched. \u003cstrong\u003eAllow 8–12 days from placing the order to the frame arriving.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frames are made by our production partner in Weifang, Shandong, China. Depending on the item, your order is either finished and dispatched from our Toronto location or sent direct from the workshop. We would rather tell you that than imply a Canadian workshop we do not have.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShipping is CA$12 in Canada, CA$18 to the United States and CA$28 everywhere else — and \u003cstrong\u003efree on any order over CA$50\u003c\/strong\u003e, wherever you are. Every frame travels foam-wrapped inside a corrugated carton. Orders travelling outside Canada may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which the destination country sets and which are not included in what you pay us.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause each order is made with your own photograph, personalised orders cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
