Payment
Orders are paid in full at checkout. ACREHAND is preparing PayPal checkout first, with card payments planned after the payment account is ready.
Duties and taxes
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local delivery rules unless a product page or checkout message states otherwise.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery when unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition with original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damage in transit
If an order arrives damaged, photograph the outside package, inner packaging, and product within 48 hours of delivery. ACREHAND will review replacement, refund, or carrier claim options based on the evidence.
Handmade variation
Natural variation in grain, fiber, weave, color, print pressure, and small handmade marks is not treated as a defect when it is within the variation described on the product page.
